The platform may provide bill payment requests, recharge requests, voucher purchases, KYC workflows, support tools, and related digital services. Features may change, be suspended, or be restricted based on compliance, technical availability, or risk review.

Clients must pay the required amount through the designated PayU checkout flow and submit accurate transaction details on the portal. Processing begins only after successful payment verification and internal review.

If a payment remains pending, cannot be verified, fails, is reversed, or is chargebacked by a payment or banking partner, the platform may delay, reject, or reverse service fulfilment until the transaction is confirmed.
