Refund & Cancellation Policy
This page explains when cancellation, reversal, or refund may apply to request-based transactions.
1. Funding review
Requests move to review only after the payment received through PayU is successfully verified. Unverified, failed, reversed, or disputed payments will not move into service processing.
2. Service processing
Once a bill payment, recharge, or voucher request is successfully processed with the provider, cancellation may not be possible. Failed or unprocessed transactions may be refunded or adjusted according to provider, payment gateway, and banking confirmation.
3. Timelines
Refund or reversal timelines depend on payment gateway settlement, service provider confirmation, and internal reconciliation.
